  • Magic Eden announces their partnership with Sappy Seals to launch the first tokenized physical collectible on ME’s Ethereum launchpad. From now onwards, Magic Eden is Sappy Seals’ preferred marketplace. Wab comments “Any partnership that reduces OpenSea’s market share to zero sounds like a great partnership to me.” Magic Eden has definitely built up the momentum to lower OpenSea’s trading volume further with their ETH marketplace. OS trading volume has been steady for the last 30 days while ME increased 20%. (source)

  • Yuga Labs announces a new Dookey Dash: Unclogged at NFT Paris. There is a minimum prize pool of 1.000.000$. Pre-registration is open. 10.000 winners will be chosen from those who pre-registered. Winners will get to test out the game in closed beta and one lucky winner will receive a mutant ape. (source)

The deadline for decisions regarding the matter were July 2024. Due to the increasing demand and a precedent decision on another cryptocurrency ETF, this speculative piece of news could be correct.   • Risk (@riskonblast) becomes the first rug-pulled project on Blast (Ethereum L2). The project was supposed to be the first gambling platform on Blast and raised around 1.300.000$ with their presale. KOL’s like Mooncat are among the ones that got rugged. Thankfully, other builders & projects on Blast L2 are trying to make up for the losses of participants by providing them with airdrops & more. (source)

  • X extends the max length of uploaded videos to 4 hours. X team continues to work on upgrading systems so that users can upload videos of even longer length, like on Youtube. This is another move to maximize screen time for all users on X. With this move, X can steal market share from Youtube by providing the same content here on X. (source)
