• Azuki announces licensing for a real anime show. There will be main roles and cameos for community owned NFTs. The main characters for episode 1 is already licensed from holders. Azuki collectors will have a better chance when it comes to licensing. The more NFTs a wallet owns, higher the chance for them to get selected. (source)

• Magic Eden 24 hour cross-chain NFT trading volume surpasses 50.000.000$. Magic Eden’s strategy and launch of their ETH marketplace is working as expected. Due to the additional volume increase that will come after cryptocurrencies settle and start trading sideways, I’m expecting even more volume in ME. (source)

• BRICS announces creation of independent payment system based on cryptocurrency and blockchain. Putin announcing Russia will start backing Ruble with Gold 6 months ago and meeting with President of India 1 month ago was signaling a development like this. BRICS countries are trying to break free from the shackles of $USD. They will most likely succeed with their own cryptocurrency which will most likely be backed with gold as well. (source)

• Bloomberg publishes article on memecoins featuring $BONK, $WIF and $PEPE. Jordi Alexander, founder of Selini Capital, says “Retail is hearing about the large crypto run-up from the Bitcoin ETFs and has re-entered the market buying all the cheap coins.” I expect increasing volumes on alt coins and NFTs.
