Nathaniel Chastain, Opensea’s former product manager, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months in prison and a 50.000$ fine. He has now appealed conviction. He was in a position to decide which NFT collections would be featured on the website and he would purchase those NFTs before they were published on the site. Allegedly, he carried ot this scheme on 45+ NFT collections to make profits. (source)

Yuga Labs Back To Basics With Revamped Website

Spot Bitcoin ETF surpassed Silver, becomes the second largest ETF commodity in U.S. We have seen incredible volume in it’s first 3 days of trading. Now it’s became the second biggest ETF which proves the demand. Spot BTC ETF funds now hold approximately 647.651BTC (27.500.000.000$). Gold remains the top ETF with a combined assets under management of 96.3 billion $’s. Even though some investors see cryptocurrencies as risky, the growth of BTC ETF could pave the way for other crypto ETFs such as Ethereum. (source)
